AVENTAis searching for a meticulous and experiencedSenior Project PLANNERto ensure the highest standards of quality control and assurance for the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) project of theRicanto Bioenergy Plantin Ajaccio, Corsica.Key missionMaintain the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) in alignment with the contract and internal requirements.Maintain and evolve the Master Schedule (critical path, histograms, S-curves).Develop the current Level 2 schedule into an operational Level 3 schedule.Ensure proper integration of technical disciplines: Civil Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Automation.Manage the full project lifecycle: Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Transport, Construction, and Commissioning.Monitor overall progress and produce weekly and monthly analysis reports.Participate in Time Impact Analysis (TIA) , change management, and claims management.Ensure coordination between various stakeholders: Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, suppliers, subcontractors, and the client.Required SkillsProven experience (> 8 years) in planning for complex industrial projects, with significant exposure to the construction phase and progress tracking.Experience in power plants , ideally in France (knowledge of the regulatory framework and local players) is a plus.Mandatory mastery of Primavera P6 , MS Project, advanced Excel, and Power BI.Experience with schedule risk management tools (Primavera Risk Analysis, Deltek Acumen).Proficiency in Document Management Systems (DMS) , ERP, and monitoring methods (physical, documentary, and resource tracking).High availability and resilience.Excellent level of French , both written and spoken.Education and LanguageEngineering Degree (Master's level/Bac+5) or equivalent.PMP or IPMA certification preferred.Professional English is essential.Offer and Benefits (Salary and Logistics Package)AVENTA offers a competitive remuneration package and comprehensive logistical support to ensure an optimal work experience and a good work-life balance:Contract: Fixed-term contract for the duration of the project (full-time).Accommodation: Provision of single-room accommodation near the construction site.Travel: Monthly round-trip flight ticket to allow for long weekend returns home.Transportation: Coverage of transportation costs from the place of origin to the site.Meals: Provision of lunch during working days on site.Work Tools: Provision of company PC and SIM card .Project DetailsLocation: Ricanto Bioenergy Plant, Ajaccio, CorsicaSector: EPC (Bioenergy)If you are a professional with extensive EPC experience in project planning and are fluent in French, we look forward to reviewing your application for the Ricanto Bioenergy Plant project.
