Missions principales

Transmettre une expertise issue d'un domaine du travel et accompagner la progression des étudiants Bachelor et MBA. Contribuer à la qualité des programmes pédagogiques et à l'accompagnement individualisé des apprenants.

1. Enseignement et animation

  • Dispenser des cours ciblés en lien direct avec son domaine d'expertise.
  • Concevoir des supports adaptés : cas concrets, ateliers, retours terrain.
  • Animer des sessions engageantes et professionnalisantes.

2. Accompagnement des étudiants

  • Encadrer et suivre des mémoires professionnels (Bachelor ou MBA).
  • Accompagner les étudiants dans leur réflexion, leur structuration, leur méthodologie.
  • Fournir des retours réguliers, opérationnels et constructifs.

3. Contribution au programme pédagogique

  • Participer à l'évolution des modules et thématiques.
  • Aider à identifier de nouveaux experts complémentaires.
  • Contribuer ponctuellement à des ateliers, challenges, jurys.

4. Suivi pédagogique et analyse des dossiers

  • Assurer un suivi personnalisé des étudiants selon les besoins du programme.
  • Analyser les dossiers, parcours et productions des apprenants pour identifier leurs forces, axes de progrès et besoins d'accompagnement.
  • Contribuer au suivi des compétences et à la cohérence pédagogique globale.

Profil recherché

  • Dispose d'une forte expérience dans un domaine précis de l'industrie du travel (ex. : distribution, product management, hôtellerie, aérien, MICE, tourisme durable, revenue, expérience client, travel tech…).
  • Ne maîtrise pas forcément toute l'industrie, et ce n'est pas ce que nous attendons : une expertise pointue et opérationnelle dans un domaine suffit et est même valorisée.
  • A un vécu professionnel incluant un encadrement significatif : management d'équipe, tutorat, mentoring, coordination de projets, formation interne, montée en compétence de collaborateurs…
  • Aime transmettre et voir progresser les autres.
  • Est structurée, pédagogue, bienveillante et motivée pour guider les étudiants.

Qualités attendues

  • Bienveillance et sens du service.
  • Organisation et rigueur dans le suivi administratif.
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie du travel.
  • Encadrement ou mentoring significatif exigé.
  • Une première expérience d'enseignement est un plus.

Conditions de travail et avantages

Le poste est à pourvoir en CDI (ou CDD selon profil), à temps plein, au sein d'un environnement dynamique et collaboratif.

La rémunération proposée se situe entre 2 500 € et 2 950 € brut mensuels, selon profil et expérience.
