Programmer, System and infrastructure operations, maintenance and development

As a systems and infrastructure operations, maintenance and development programmer, you support IT efficiency by designing, configuring, administering, maintaining and upgrading computer networks, management systems and database servers in accordance with the organization's needs. You serve as technical expert and help implement development projects and take corrective action. You analyze, standardize and implement IT projects and solutions and develop applications. You develop and run test scenarios and code and monitor applications and programs. The ability to learn quickly and use technology effectively is essential. You draw on your ability to manage complexity to solve technically complex problems and recommend ways to change technical methods and procedures to make them as effective and efficient as possible. More specifically, you will be required to :
Develop medium- to high-complexity IT applications, programs and tools. Run tests and take corrective action as needed, tailoring it to client needs. Update databases and suggest improvements to optimize database quality and efficiency. Analyze system components, functional and non-functional specifications, change requests and technical problems. Help coordinate and implement programs and systems
Provide technical support for special IT operations and follow up on issues with project leaders.

What you bring to the table
General college diploma in a related field
A minimum of three years of relevant experience
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Knowledge of French is required
