Demonstration Welder - Sales France (m/f/d)

As a Demonstration Welder, you play a key role in our sales process together with our sales team. You present our products to prospective customers and, with your passion and precision, unlock the full potential of our products to achieve outstanding welding results. With your professional appearance and strong communication skills, you help pave the way for our future success.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You are integrated into our sales team and support our field sales force in advising customers to find the best solutions for their applications

• You demonstrate our products directly at customer sites throughout France, and occasionally in Africa

• You use our in-house demo centers for product demonstrations

• Through convincing product demonstrations, you support the acquisition of new customers

• You independently organize and deliver product and application training sessions for distributors, end customers, and sales teams

• You document customer product demonstrations in our CRM system, Superoffice

• You use Linkedin to showcase our products on social media and share product demonstrations

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed vocational training as a welder or metalworker (m/f/d)

• Education and experience in MIG/MAG, TIG, and stick welding processes

• Completed further training as a European Welding

Specialist is desirable

• High willingness to travel frequently

• Strong team orientation combined with an independent and precise working style

• Confident and persuasive demeanor, with enjoyment in communicating with customers

• High passion for achieving outstanding welding results

• Fluent French and good English skills
