About the position

Program Overview

The Talent Program is a cross-functional initiative with the primary focus of developing high-potential graduates in an international, meritocratic and entrepreneurial environment. We created this program to foster future leaders within the Group, enabling candidates completing the program to successfully develop their professional career paths.

The program has a duration of  24 months, with 2 rotations among different functions, brands and countries.

Throughout the program, you will be exposed to our business leaders and have unparalleled networking opportunities both with them and among other graduates & team members. You will gain a broad view of our business from outside your initial area of expertise to help you grow and develop your project management and leadership skills.

You will be assigned a mentor, who will coach you personally. Through systematic, quality feedback, you will achieve self-insight (strengths/weaknesses) and improve your self-management in order to achieve your goals.

The rotations in the ITP include: Finance, Controlling, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Supply Chain, Project Management,  Information Technology or Operations and Development.

Upon successful completion of the program, you will be placed in a select role within one of our business units based on your preferences and our needs.

What do you bring

Education and Professional Experience:

• Strong interest in Management,  Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing (preferred)
• Maximum 1 years of work experience (preferrable)
• Fluent in English (C1)
• Fluency in French (C1)
• Other European languages highly recommended (Italian, Dutch)
• Knowledge in Excel is required, experience with reporting tools (BI) is preferred
• Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail
• Excellent project management skills, result-oriented and ability to think out-of-the-box

Personal Requirements:

• Available to start in full-time employment by Mid January or February / valid EU work permit is mandatory
• Willing and able to travel and rotate in different European countries
• Able to embrace new challenges in fast changing environment
• Able to analyze strategic concepts, understand business strategy
• Able to work independently, resourceful and solution-oriented
• Strong communication skills, ability to connect with multiple stakeholders across different departments and countries/cultures
