We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Assistant to support our team in managing and organizing daily operations in our warehouse. This is a hands-on role that offers valuable experience in inventory management, logistics, and high-end service within the yachting industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and check goods for quality and quantity (Fresh Produce, Fish, Meat, Dairy, Dry & Frozen products)
• Store and prepare orders efficiently following warehouse SOPs
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times
• Apply and maintain Agrément Sanitaire / HACCP procedures
• Perform inventory control and stock rotation, including expired and near-expiry checks
• Prepare orders with a strong focus on accuracy and quality control
• Receive and process online and courier deliveries efficiently.
• Assist drivers and shoppers with loading and unloading vans, ensuring correct placement and handling
• Ensure company vans are kept clean and tidy; report damages or maintenance issues
• Support the logistics team and ensure warehouse procedures are followed
• Report and help resolve warehouse issues (malfunctions, discrepancies, disruptions)
• Carry out pickups and short deliveries during exceptionally busy periods

Profile Required

• Fluent English is compulsory (spoken and written)
• French is a plus
• Valid driving licence required
• Physically fit: able to lift and move heavy items and work long hours when required
• Strong attention to detail, quick learner, good listening and execution skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse and food logistics environment

Contract & Conditions

• CDD
• 35 hours per week
• Start and end times depend on daily business requirements
• Any additional hours worked will be compensated
