- Oversee day-to-day office management, including facilities, supplies, vendor relations, and general logistics.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for local administrative needs, ensuring compliance with internal and external policies.
- Support the onboarding of new employees and coordinate workspace setup, IT access, and equipment allocation.
- Manage relationships with external partners (accounting, payroll, legal, landlords, etc.) under the supervision of the Operations team.
- Assist with HR-related processes such as contract documentation, expense reporting, and payroll data coordination.
- Support the Finance team with invoice tracking, payment follow-up, and basic bookkeeping support.
- Ensure accurate documentation and maintain local databases and internal records in collaboration with global teams.
- Contribute to the preparation of internal reports and dashboards to ensure visibility of local activities.
- Organize local events, team meetings, and office activities that foster engagement and belonging.
- Act as the cultural ambassador of Pelico's values within the Miami office, ensuring alignment with the broader company culture.
- Facilitate clear communication between the Miami hub and Pelico's headquarters in Europe.
- Support visiting team members and coordinate travel logistics for company events or client meetings.

Check Your Eligibility
- 1–3 years of professional experience (internships or first job)
- Be 18 to 28 years old at the start of the mission.
- Hold French or EEA nationality.
- Have not previously completed a V.I.E.
- Be able to provide a clean criminal record and comply with visa requirements (J-1 for the U.S.)
- Contract type: V.I.E. (Volontariat International en Entreprise)
- Duration: 18 months
- Location: Miami, Florida, USA
- Compensation: According to Business France V.I.E. standards
