Compliance Officer
for the account of one of our clients, a
leading consulting and technology group
, operating in an international environment and currently undergoing a significant phase of transformation following a strategic acquisition.

The role is positioned at group level and focuses on
corporate and operational compliance
, within a broader
GRC and security framework
.

The role

Reporting within a Governance, Risk, Compliance & Security environment, the Compliance Officer will contribute to the deployment and day-to-day operation of the group compliance framework across several countries.

The position combines
structuring responsibilities
with a strong
operational and business-facing dimension
, in a context where compliance plays a key role in supporting growth and international activities.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan, manage and perform compliance controls and testing in line with the group compliance roadmap
  • Contribute to the management of whistleblowing mechanisms, including analysis and documentation of reported cases
  • Support the preparation of management reporting on compliance topics such as anti-corruption, third-party due diligence, gifts & hospitality and conflicts of interest
  • Participate in the annual Compliance Control Plan and ensure appropriate coverage across entities
  • Maintain and enhance compliance policies, procedures and frameworks at group level
  • Contribute to training and awareness programs on ethics, anti-corruption, internal control and third-party compliance
  • Act as a business partner for operational teams, supporting them in the interpretation and application of compliance rules
  • Work closely with GRC and Security teams to ensure consistency between compliance monitoring, risk management and security frameworks

Profile

  • 5+ years of professional experience after graduation
    , including proven experience in
    Compliance
  • Proven experience in
    Compliance
    , ideally in
    IT services, technology or consulting environments
  • Good understanding of
    GRC principles
    and their articulation with risk and security topics
  • Ability to work in
    international and multicultural contexts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and structured deliverables
  • Rigorous, organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Fluent in
    English
    ;
    German proficiency is a strong plus
    given the international scope of the role
  • Strong integrity, accountability and collaborative mindset
