Ce que vous ferez :

  • Collecter et analyser les informations issues des équipes IT Infrastructure.

  • Proposer et discuter des ensembles documentaires adaptés à chaque projet avec les chefs de projet.

  • Concevoir l'architecture et la structure des différents documents techniques.

  • Rédiger en anglais les contenus de ces documents techniques (procédures, guides, modes opératoires).

  • Maintenir et corriger la documentation technique pendant tout le cycle de vie des systèmes.

  • Relire les contenus rédigés par l'équipe et proposer des corrections si nécessaire.

  • Constituer et maintenir le glossaire des termes et expressions utilisés dans la documentation.

Qui vous êtes :

  • Diplômé·e au minimum d'un Bac+3 en Langues Étrangères Appliquées (anglais, rédaction technique, traduction…) ou équivalent.

  • Expérience de 3 ans minimum en rédaction technique dans le domaine IT.

  • Bonne compréhension des environnements IT Infrastructure (systèmes, réseaux, outils, services).

  • Expérience en environnement GxP ou régulé (santé, pharma, biotech, etc.) souhaitée.

  • Méthode et rigueur pour trier, simplifier et organiser des informations techniques complexes.

  • Autonomie pour gérer l'intégralité du processus de conception d'une documentation produit/IT.

  • Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite, en français comme en anglais.

  • Esprit d'équipe et aisance à collaborer dans un contexte international.
