About the Role

Excelya is on the lookout for a talented Statistical Programmer to join our dynamic team. As a Statistical Programmer, you will leverage your expertise to analyze and interpret complex clinical data, ensuring our studies meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This role not only allows you to showcase your programming skills but also provides the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse group of professionals committed to making a tangible impact in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and validate SAS programs for data management, analysis, and reporting.
  • Work closely with biostatisticians to understand analysis needs and deliver accurate outputs.
  • Create statistical reports, including tables, listings, and figures according to study protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards throughout the programming process.
  • Perform quality checks and validate programming outputs to maintain data integrity.
  • Document programming processes and maintain thorough records for audit purposes.
  • Contribute to the development of programming guidelines and best practices to enhance team efficiency.
Requirements

Who You Are

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who is passionate about data analysis and programming.

  • Experience: Experience in statistical programming, preferably in the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SAS.
  • Education: A Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English (both written and spoken);
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
