PC Deployment engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled PC Deployment Engineer to assist with the rollout, configuration, and support of new computer systems across our organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in imaging, software installation, hardware setup, and user support during deployment projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform PC imaging, setup, and deployment for end users.
• Install and configure operating systems, software applications, and drivers.
• Migrate user data and profiles from old systems to new devices.
• Connect and configure network, printers, and peripherals.
• Ensure all devices meet company security and configuration standards.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues during or after deployment.
• Document all deployments, asset information, and configuration changes.
• Provide basic end-user support post-deployment.
• Collaborate with IT and project teams to ensure smooth rollout execution.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in PC deployment or desktop support (1–3 years).
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and standard business applications.
• Experience with SCCM, Intune, MDT, or similar deployment tools is a plus.
• Understanding of Active Directory, network connectivity, and IT security basics.
• Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and move computer equipment when required.

Preferred Certifications:

• CompTIA A+ / Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (preferred)
