Dans le cadre de notre fort développement en France et à l'international, nous recherchons un(e)
HR Business Partner
pour soutenir notre équipe RH dans le cadre d'un remplacement congé maternité de 6 mois.

Missions :

Rattaché(e) au département RH, vous jouez un rôle clé sur l'accompagnement des équipes Commerce France, notamment sur la partie Talent Acquisition. Vous pourrez également être amené(e) à soutenir l'équipe sur les différents projets.

HR Business Partner Commerce France

  • Recrutement : diffusion des offres, sourcing des CVs, entretiens visio, présentation des profils aux Directeurs Régionaux
  • Suivre les indicateurs de recrutement
  • Être le point de contact RH privilégié pour les collaborateurs de votre périmètre.
  • Assurer le suivi administratif en lien avec l'équipe ADP
  • Suivre les dossiers disciplinaires / contentieux

Support RH Pays Europe du Nord

  • Mise en ligne d'offres pour les différents pays d'Europe du Nord ayant besoin d'assistance sur les différentes plateformes (Grand Cru Talents, LinkedIn, INDEED)
  • Gestion des entrées dans Workday pour les pays concernés
  • Partage de best practices / HR policies avec les autres RH européens

Développement RH

  • Projets RH divers (digitalisation des outils, anniversaires d'ancienneté, etc)
  • Gestion des entretiens de mi-année 2026

Formation & Expérience :

  • Bac+5 en Ressources Humaines ou équivalent.
  • Premières expériences réussies sur un poste RH généraliste / recrutement
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel) et des systèmes RH.

  • Grande aisance relationnelle
  • Vraie curiosité & intérêt pour les sujets business & opérationnels.
  • Organisé(e) & fiable avec un fort niveau d'autonomie, d'exigence et de rigueur.
  • Sens du service et enthousiasme
