Contexte de la mission

Dans le cadre d'une mission longue durée, nous recherchons un Program Manager Senior ServiceNow spécialisé dans le tooling et l'optimisation de l'expérience utilisateur, avec un focus sur les solutions de chatbot et de helpline client.

Localisation

  • Basé à Roissy CDG
  • Télétravail : 2 jours par semaine

Missions Principales

  • Piloter les programmes ServiceNow liés aux outils d'interaction et de support utilisateur
  • Concevoir, déployer et optimiser les solutions de chatbot et de helpline client
  • Définir la roadmap des outils ServiceNow orientés expérience utilisateur
  • Coordonner les équipes techniques, métiers et partenaires externes
  • Garantir l'intégration et la cohérence des outils dans l'écosystème ServiceNow
  • Suivre la performance des outils (taux d'adoption, satisfaction utilisateurs, efficacité opérationnelle)
  • Mettre en place les bonnes pratiques ITSM et ITIL associées aux outils de support
  • Assurer la gouvernance, le reporting et la communication auprès des parties prenantes

Profil Recherché

  • Expérience significative en tant que Program Manager ou Chef de programme ServiceNow
  • Expertise forte sur le tooling ServiceNow, notamment Chatbot et Helpline Client
  • Bonne compréhension des enjeux d'expérience utilisateur et d'automatisation du support
  • Certification ITIL requise
  • Capacité à piloter des projets complexes et multi-acteurs
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, analyse et gestion des priorités
  • Esprit orienté innovation et amélioration continue
