Job Description

What is the opportunity?

An exciting opportunity to join as an Analyst or Associate and work in Equities High Touch Sales Trading in Paris focusing on North America.

What will you do?

  • Gain a good understanding of the Global Equities business
  • Undertake and pass all required regulatory and exchange exams and registrations.
  • Daily coverage of clients to support and further educate them on best practices when using RBC algorithms.
  • Business development with prospective and existing clients.

What do you need to succeed?

Must have

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Work experience focusing on US equities
  • Strong financial knowledge background
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Personable and confident interacting with others (internal employees and external clients)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Understanding of basic computer software.
  • A technical/logical mindset.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Program Trading would be beneficial
