We are looking for a Strategy Corporate Consultant to join our team 

Our Seating team is looking for a Strategy & Marketing Corporate Consultant Intern for its Headquarters based in Nanterre.

We are looking for a passionate individual with a proactive attitude and desire to develop its skills as a Strategy consultant, while being part of the stimulating environment of a leading corporate company: working directly with leaders of all fields of the company (Finance, Sales, R&D, Operations, Purchasing, Legal, etc.)

You will be reporting directly to the Strategy Director of Seating, working in a team with background in top strategy consulting firms and corporate experience in many fields.

Main responsibilities

•    Strategy plan: You will work on the strategic plan of the Seating Business Group, mainly focus on delivering the key analysis to support growth strategies, studies of new / evolution of markets, positioning of the different product lines, etc.

•    Partnerships: As an innovation and market leader, the Seating Business Group is looking to develop technology and business partnership with other leaders. You will work on identifying potential partners, evaluating them, and defining the business models of collaborations.

•    Marketing: as an integral part of the Strategic plan, you will gather, analyze, and provide actionable insights related to competitor activities within the Seating Business Group. You will be in charge of organizing and coordinating the collection and analysis of the information within the Business Group and performing a synthesis of the findings regarding competitors

What if it were you? 

•    You are from a leading business and/or engineering school or a major international university.

•    You have at least one internship experience in consulting or in a corporate function (Strategy, Finance, Sales, Operations, etc.)

•    You have analytical skills and the ability to tackle complex issues

•    You can utilize the Microsoft suite of applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Having knowledge in more advanced analytics & BI tools such as PowerBI, Palantir or other is a plus.

•    You are good at multi-tasking and balancing time effectively, keeping a rapid pace without sacrificing quality.

•    You are curious, enthusiastic, autonomous and enjoy a challenge.

•    You have excellent interpersonal skills, and your energy, charisma, creativity and team spirit will enable you to contribute to improve our performance over the long term and to integrate into our teams.

•    You have good writing skills and fluency in English and speaking French is plus.
