Description du poste
VOS PRINCIPALES MISSIONS

Vous avez envie d'exercer un métier évolutif et diversifié ?

Vous souhaitez être le premier interlocuteur des clients particuliers et professionnels en Bureau de Poste ?

Au sein de l'espace clients  :


• Vous accueillez les clients particuliers et professionnels et vous les conseillez dans la découverte de l'ensemble des offres / services,


• Vous guidez les clients dans l'utilisation des automates et assurer la promotion des services à distance multi canal


• Vous détectez le besoin du client, proposez une offre ou service adapté (courrier, colis banque, téléphonie,…) et finalisez l'acte d'achats


• Vous les orientez vers les interlocuteurs spécialisés (conseiller bancaire / conseiller clients professionnels).
