We are Hiring: Store Manager – Paris Boutique
Giuseppe Zanotti is a globally renowned luxury footwear and accessories brand, founded in 1994 by Giuseppe Zanotti, who continues to lead as President and Creative Director.
Known for exceptional Italian craftsmanship, the brand proudly manufactures entirely in Italy, celebrating the artisanal heritage of one of the country's most iconic footwear regions.
With over two decades of international success and strong connections to the worlds of cinema, music, and art, Giuseppe Zanotti has expanded its collections to include women's and men's footwear, bags, sneakers, jewelry, ready-to-wear, and Junior lines.
We are currently seeking a Store Manager for our Paris Boutique to join our team full-time and on-site.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee daily store operations and team management
- Ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction
- Manage inventory and implement loss prevention strategies
- Drive sales, profitability, and KPIs by analyzing performance metrics and implementing effective action plans
- Uphold the brand image and deliver a memorable luxury shopping experience

Vos missions :
- Gérer les opérations quotidiennes du magasin et encadrer l'équipe
- Garantir un service client exceptionnel et la satisfaction des clients
- Gérer les stocks et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de prévention des pertes
- Stimuler les ventes, la rentabilité et les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) en analysant les métriques de performance et en mettant en œuvre des plans d'action efficaces.
- Maintenir l'image de la marque et offrir une expérience d'achat mémorable
Profil recherché :
- Expérience confirmée en gestion de magasin et en prévention des pertes dans le retail
- Solide expérience en service client avec un fort sens de l'excellence
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles
- Qualités de leadership et passion pour la mode et le luxe
