We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Research Associate to join our team for a 6-month contract. This role supports the execution of research projects for luxury brands, covering both qualitative and quantitative methodologies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering actionable insights.

What you will be doing:
You will assist Senior Research Manager and Senior Research Executives in managing research projects for luxury brands and contribute to both qualitative and quantitative studies across multiple markets.

  • Research Material Design: Help create questionnaires and discussion guides tailored to project objectives
  • Fieldwork Supervision: Monitor and control data collection progress to ensure quality and timelines are met
  • Data Analysis: Perform initial data checks, coding, and analysis to extract meaningful insights
  • Reporting: Design report decks, draft conclusions, and formulate actionable recommendations for clients

Requirements
What you will bring along:

  • Master degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field
  • 2 years of experience in international market research
  • Strong interest in luxury brands and consumer insights
  • Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
