We are seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft products, cloud platforms, and IT infrastructure management. The role requires a proactive individual who is adept at problem-solving and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. Manage and maintain Microsoft Cloud Office 365 and Azure Cloud services.
- Handle Active Directory administration, including user accounts, group policies, and security management.
- Provide support for Microsoft products, including installation, troubleshooting, and updates.
- Oversee and resolve help desk requests, offering timely IT support to end-users.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to prevent downtime and ensure smooth system functionality.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and maintain the security of the organization's systems.
