Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee a variety of complex projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing technology-focused projects, ensuring timely delivery, and driving teams towards achieving project goals while maintaining a high standard of quality. This role requires technical acumen, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders to deliver impactful results.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Monitor deployment and production phase for large scale customer projects in EMEA, mainly AI factories.
  • Link customers with critical internal resources to ensure smooth deployment.
  • Ensure customer success and secure commitment to Supermicro for future projects.
  • Collaborate with internal and external resources to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, offering regular updates on project progress and addressing any changes.
  • Define and maintain processes for scope management throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring quality and performance standards are met.


Qualifications:
  • Experience with project management in cluster deployment (HPC or AI).
  • High level knowledge in server hardware, clustering tool and HPC/AI workloads.
  • Excellent capacity to learn and gain skills on new topics fast.
  • Good Communication skill is required to be able to communicate effectively with customer and internal teams.
