Company Description Development studies for Blocks 20 & 21 are performed by the GPI, which is a multi-disciplinary and dedicated structure, acting on behalf of the Affiliate (TEPA) in accordance to HQ processes in terms of methodology and governance. This choice is justified by project context, field complexity and the overall project schedule (Fast -track project, 5 years from farm-in and operatorship transfer to First Oil).The development consists in production by subsea wells to a spread moored FPSO (80 kbopd, 85 kbop water injection, 400 MMscfd gas reinjection, oil tandem offloading) with a contextualized Technical Referential.Position based in Total Paris area (France) offices with missions expected to Pau (MIEC offices), FPSO yard in China and vendors premises as required up to middle of 2027 , the position is then expected to be residential in Lunda (Onshore Angola) to support the Operational phase. The position will evolve within the project execution-team organization. Job DescriptionReview and approve requests for Hull, Mooring, Process, Utilities and Subsea packages technical proposals regarding Instrumentation activities for: FPSO/EPSCC contract, Subsea contracts, O&M contractEnsure reliability, availability, maintainability of production sites within efficient costs. Analyse failure modes, review maintenance plans and associated spares stock levels … in accordance with PAS studyControl for Operational and Capital Spares & Specific Tools managementEnsure fitness for purpose and integrity of all facilities (i.e. SECE with associated performance standard and MRT, …), according to Total group and international standards and government regulations.Ensure all necessary data are available for maintenance and operation. Participate in the commissioning of the monitoring systems, perform the Baseline and collect the Technical RecordsWork with the TEPA Maintenance department to ensure all of the above are consistent with the affiliate's policies and methods, and work to realize synergies from a logistics, spares and human resources point of view. Prepare hand-over of activities to TEPA Maintenance departmentReview CONTRACTOR maintenance management system (FL, plan and procedures) and stock policy are properly set for Area Instrumentation team to reach target.Share and provide COMPANY reliability analysis, optimization and availability of equipment in line with the production objectivesReview and comment Contract technical need for the Instrumentation team to implement on time in line with planning.Participate and update REX and recommendation for future contract as Block 20 & 21 strategy.Participate to CONTRACTOR GROUP audits. QualificationsEngineering Bac +2 level (Engineer)Experience in Instrumentation and management (over 5 years), oil production knowledge.Reliability, autonomy, analytical, organizational capacity and leadershipLanguages: French or English correct (> 3.5/5)Very good knowledge of the Instrumentation Maintenance systems in offshore industry.Good knowledge of GS and CR group
