Alternance - Platforms Project & Finance Analyst (x/f/m) - Janvier 2026

Join the PSYCO team (Platform & SecuritY Coordination Office - formerly ISTO), part of IT, Security & Platforms under Cédric Voisin's leadership within Tech & Product. Our team enables Platforms, IT & Security teams to plan and operate with excellence by harmonizing processes, aligning roadmaps with Doctolib's strategy, monitoring budget and driving internal transformation projects

As a Platforms Project & Finance Analyst apprentice, you will play a key role in optimizing Doctolib's application portfolio and managing license budgets across the entire organization. Working under the guidance of an experienced project manager, you will gain hands-on experience in both financial management and project coordination while collaborating with business teams and stakeholders across Doctolib.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Monitor and manage the license budget for all Doctolib applications and platforms available for our internal clients
• Analyze spending patterns and identify optimization opportunities across the application portfolio
• Participate in or lead application portfolio and cost optimization projects in collaboration with business teams
• Coordinate with various stakeholders (business teams, IT teams, finance) to gather requirements and ensure project delivery
• Prepare reports and dashboards to track budget performance and project progress
• Take part in team operations routines with PSYCO (team events, demo sessions, etc)

• Are currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Finance, Business Administration, Project Management, IT, or a related field
• Have strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with numbers and data

• Possess excellent communication skills in both French and English
• Demonstrate proactivity and a solution-oriented mindset

• Have previous experience (internship or project) in budget management or project coordination
• Are familiar with SaaS applications and license management concepts
• Have knowledge of project management methodologies
• Have a deep interest in technology and tech operations
• Are comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools
