Are you passionate about understanding users and building products that make a real impact?

Join Karos Mobility for a 6-month internship and help us make short-distance carpooling a new form of public transport.

As a Product Manager Intern, you will be part of the Product team, working closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Developers.

Your mission:

Your role will focus on user research, data analysis, and insight generation — helping the team make informed product decisions.

Under the guidance of a Senior Product Manager, you will:

  • Conduct user research: Prepare, run, and synthesize user interviews and surveys to deeply understand passenger and driver needs.

  • Analyze data: Explore product analytics and metrics to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Synthesize insights: Combine qualitative and quantitative findings into clear, actionable recommendations.

  • Contribute to discovery: Support the Product team in scoping problems, validating hypotheses, and prioritizing opportunities.

  • Collaborate with other teams: Work hand in hand with Design, Tech, and Users/Client facing teams to ensure user insights are embedded in our decisions.

  • Document learnings: Help maintain clear and up-to-date product documentation to support internal communication and alignment.

This internship will allow you to develop a strong foundation in user-centric product management and contribute to meaningful projects impacting real users.
