Internship: Quality Management System Support

About the mission we offer you:

Within the Quality Department, you will contribute to the implementation and improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in a dynamic and performance-oriented environment.

You will assist the Quality Department Manager in the following activities:

1. Monitoring quality tools (Intelex)

• Monitoring Customer Satisfaction Surveys, Non-Conformities (NCRs), and corrective/preventive actions.

2. Internal communication

• Creating and distributing materials to promote a culture of quality.
• Leading information sessions and raising awareness among teams.

3. Document management

• Inventory of networks
• Proposing the organization and optimization of document storage spaces.

4. Coordination with Service Quality Managers (RQS)

• Facilitating exchanges and ensuring consistency in quality practices.

5. Facilitation of the QMS cycle

• Participation in the preparation and follow-up of process reviews and quality indicators.

6. Involvement in the center's activities

• Contribution to the context review and cross-functional projects related to quality.

During this internship, you will be supported by a mentor who will answer any questions you may have.

Starting Date: February 2, 2026

Duration: 4–6 months

This internship is ideal for a student in their second year of business school or specializing in quality, who wants to develop their skills in quality management and communication.

• Student in their second year of business school or specializing in quality.
• Knowledge of quality management principles (ISO 9001 would be a plus).
• Proficiency in office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Good communication skills and analytical mind.
• Autonomy, rigor, and organizational skills.
