Job duties:

Activity planning :

• Organize market research and forecast, assist city manager to develop marketing strategy and sales target.
• According to the sales target is responsible for the city under the jurisdiction of the stores activity planning program preparation, the development of activity rules and activity implementation plan to achieve performance improvement.
• According to the activity implementation plan with the support of the city stores activities on the ground preparation and implementation, tracking and follow-up activities, coordination and resolution of various issues, according to market changes at any time to adjust the activity tactics.
• Docking with all relevant departments for activities and policy dissemination, implementation, decomposition and execution.

Offline execution.

• Take the initiative to contact the target users (including residential areas, office buildings, etc.) to introduce the company's products and the use of APP.
• Contact and coordinate with property-related units to cooperate with marketing activities.
• Collect and feedback user opinions and suggestions, and develop suitable marketing programs based on market information.
• Secondary ground promotion, solve the difficult problems of new and old users.
• the implementation of corporate brand promotion activities, to help enhance corporate awareness.
• Reserve contact information and accumulate customer resources.

Job requirement:

• Working experience in Internet companies is preferred
• Experience on design is preferable.
• Strong time management and project management skills
• Systematic management of market planning, operation, and promotion channels
• Be creative and have data analysis capabilities, market, and consumer insights, Great communication skills, fluent in both Chinese and English
• Excellent teamwork ability, cooperate with different teams to promote business cooperation, and be able to efficiently complete business negotiations independently
