PowerZ was born in the summer of 2020, right after lockdown, with one ambitious goal : to revolutionize how kids learn - through video games

Before starting PowerZ, our co-founders built Shadow (Next 40), where they led the company as CEO, CTO, CPO, and CMO. Eventually, they decided to turn their experience toward something deeply meaningful : creating a game that could make education truly inspiring for kids. That's how PowerZ was born.
The idea caught fire. Within a year, we raised over €10 million in funding and brought on board major partners like Hachette, Bayard, EduCapital, Raise Ventures, and even some names you might recognize - like Edouard Mendy and Hugo Lloris. We started in France, but quickly expanded to the U.S., where 140K+ kids are already playing PowerZ - and that number keeps growing every day.
But we're just getting started. To bring our vision to life, we need more creative, driven people who believe in the power of play and the future of education.

Internship Description
As a Marketing Artist, you'll be responsible for creating most of PowerZ's marketing visual assets.
You'll work closely with the Marketing, User Acquisition (UA) and Social Media teams, and play a key role in how PowerZ looks, feels, and performs across platforms.
This role is ideal if you're creative, curious, ambitious, and excited by the idea that your visuals won't just be "pretty" - they'll actually be tested, measured, and improved.
WHAT YOU'LL DO :User Acquisition (UA)
- Imagine, design and produce visual & video assets for paid acquisition (mobile ads, social ads, creative tests).
- Create and iterate on App Store assets (screenshots, preview videos, feature visuals, icon variations).
- Propose new creative concepts, formats and angles - we expect ideas, not just execution.
- Work in a data-driven way : analyze performance (CTR, CVR, store conversion, early retention signals) and iterate.
Test, learn, improve, repeat. A lot.
Social Media
- Work closely with the Social Media Manager on organic content (Instagram, TikTok, Shorts...).
- Produce day-to-day assets : visuals, short videos, light animations.
- Propose your own ideas based on trends, formats and platform logic.
Understand how content spreads - and why some posts flop for mysterious reasons.
Creative & Production
- Produce high-quality visuals and videos aligned with the PowerZ universe and IP.
- Explore new creative tools, formats and workflows.
- Progressively learn how to capture in-game footage directly from Unreal Engine 5 to create original marketing sequences (don't worry, we'll teach you).
Candidate Profile
Mindset- Highly creative, curious and proactive.
- Comfortable taking ownership (yes, even when something doesn't perform).
- Ambitious and eager to learn fast.
- Interested in both artistic creation and performance metrics.
- Strong skills in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro...).
- Comfortable with Figma.
- Solid video editing skills.
- Curious about AI creative tools (image, video, animation, automation).
- Motivated to learn how to work inside a game engine (Unreal Engine 5).
- Interest in gaming, animation or digital IP.
- First exposure to UA, marketing metrics or A/B testing.
- Familiarity with TikTok / Instagram / YouTube Shorts trends.
