Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Antibes for a Property Consultant at Fracct Homes. The Property Consultant will manage an assigned portfolio of properties, provide investment and market advice to clients, and assist in property sales, acquisitions, and rentals. The role includes maintaining strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and guiding clients through all stages of their property transactions to ensure satisfaction and success.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Consulting and providing expert advice tailored to client needs.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency in Sales and the ability to negotiate deals effectively.
• Knowledge and experience in Real Estate markets and trends.
• Fluency in English and French considered an asset.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation are preferred.
• Relevant qualifications in real estate, business, or a related field are advantageous.
