Dans un contexte de forte croissance internationale, nous renforçons notre équipe Tech Claims et recherchons un(e) Senior Software Engineer pour construire et faire évoluer les outils internes qui permettent de gérer — et d'automatiser — les sinistres grâce à l'IA.

Tasks

En tant que Senior Software Engineer au sein de l'équipe Tech Claims, vous travaillez sur des produits utilisés quotidiennement par nos gestionnaires de sinistres.

Grâce à l'IA et à l'automatisation, ces outils permettent :

  • d'assister les gestionnaires dans la prise de décision,
  • de comprendre et analyser automatiquement des documents,
  • et, dans certains cas, de gérer un dossier de remboursement de bout en bout, jusqu'au paiement.

Vos missions principales :

  • Développer et maintenir des applications web robustes et scalables
  • Concevoir des APIs backend en TypeScript / , exposées via GraphQL
  • Construire des interfaces modernes et performantes en / React
  • Développer des services Python pour l'intégration d'APIs LLM (OpenAI ou autres)
  • Participer activement à l'automatisation des processus de gestion des sinistres
  • Contribuer aux choix d'architecture et garantir la qualité du code

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en développement web (10 ans ou plus est un plus)
  • Excellente maîtrise de TypeScript /
  • Solide expérience avec React /
  • Expérience avec GraphQL, MongoDB et PostgreSQL
  • Bonne maîtrise de Python, idéalement dans des projets liés à l'IA
  • Intérêt marqué pour l'automatisation et les LLMs
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement international
  • Anglais professionnel impératif (écrit et oral)
  • Autonomie, curiosité et sens de l'impact produit
