En tant que Delivery Lead CRM, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la conduite de projets complexes, la satisfaction client et la performance des équipes.Votre rôleAu sein de la Team CRM, composée de profils fonctionnels, techniques, Delivery et Pre-Sales, vous interviendrez sur des projets innovants et à forte valeur ajoutée.Vos principales missions :

  • Piloter le cycle de vie complet des projets Dynamics 365 CE : planification, exécution, suivi et clôture.
  • Participer aux phases d'avant-vente : compréhension des besoins, élaboration des propositions commerciales et participation aux soutenances.
  • Assurer la transition fluide entre avant-vente et delivery.
  • Garantir le respect des engagements de planning, de budget, de qualité et de satisfaction client.
  • Encadrer des équipes pluridisciplinaires (onshore et offshore) et animer la performance collective.
  • Anticiper et gérer les risques, la gouvernance et les aspects contractuels.
  • Accompagner le changement auprès des parties prenantes internes et externes.
