Job Description

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for hospitality and
a proven ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences? We're looking for an
experienced General Manager to lead our hotel and inspire teams to
consistently deliver excellence.

As General Manager, you will be the face of the hotel,
accountable for its strategic direction and day-to-day performance. You will
lead a diverse, high-performing team, uphold brand standards, and drive
outstanding guest satisfaction while achieving strong commercial results.

·       Overall
accountability for hotel operations, performance, and profitability

·       Leading,
developing, and inspiring teams across all departments

·       Driving
guest satisfaction while ensuring brand, quality, and compliance standards are
consistently met

·       Developing
and executing commercial and revenue strategies to maximise performance

·       Working
in close partnership with Radisson Hotel Group's Area and Support Office teams

·       Championing
a culture of excellence, accountability, and genuine hospitality throughout the
hotel

You are:

A passionate and strategic hospitality
professional with experience in hotel management.A natural leader who thrives in a
collaborative, people-first environment.Business-savvy with strong problem-solving
skills and a focus on results.Skilled in communication and interpersonal
abilities
