We are looking for a bright and hardworking intern to assist our CTO as Product Manager, helping to bridge technical analysis, project coordination, and business development. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about technology and eager to learn about the full lifecycle of international IT projects, from public tender analysis to project delivery. You will work directly with the CTO, gaining exposure to high-level
technical decision-making and international business operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Public Tender & RFQ Analysis (30%)
Assist in preparing tender response documents based on technical analysis
2. Tender Documentation Support (25%)
Assist in preparing tender response documents based on technical analysis
3. Meeting & Schedule Management (15%)
Organize and schedule customer meetings, project reviews, and technical discussions
4. Internal Communication Coordination (15%)
Serve as liaison between CTO and various departments (Admin, Sales, Development)
5. Project Management Support (15%)
Interface with Project Managers across different projects
Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication in both French and English
Strong analytical and research skills for understanding complex technical documents
Outstanding organizational abilities with attention to detail
Quick learner with ability to grasp new technical concepts
Basic project management understanding (Agile/Scrum awareness)
