We are seeking an Experienced IT Consultant with 2–5 years of experience in a competing innovation funding consultancy. You will lead high-value proposals and advise clients on digital R&D strategy. A PhD is required.

Drive strategic digital R&D funding activities and help clients structure impactful innovation projects.

  • Analyse complex R&D projects in advanced digital technologies.

  • Position clients within French and EU funding opportunities.

  • Lead the preparation and coordination of competitive proposals.

  • Manage client portfolios autonomously.

  • Provide strategic advisory on R&D and innovation pathways.

  • Mentor junior consultants and support capability building.

  • Engage with the European innovation ecosystem.

  • Conduct market, technology, and funding monitoring.

  • PhD in a digital/technical field (mandatory).

  • 2–5 years in a similar innovation funding consultancy background.

  • Strong scientific writing and analytical ability.

  • Operational autonomy on client missions.

  • Knowledge of CIR/CII appreciated.

  • Rigorous, organised, team-oriented.

  • Fluent in French and English.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced consulting environment.
