We are seeking a
Network & Telecom Administrator
to join our HCLTech team at a prestigious client site in the banking sector, based 20 minutes drive from Lille, Marcq-en-Barœul.

This is a permanent, hybrid role offering the opportunity to work on-site three days per week.

Overview

The Network & Telecom Administrator will ensure the administration and management of network and telecom infrastructures in a critical environment. The mission includes maintaining operational conditions, managing projects, monitoring performance, and resolving incidents.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Ensure availability and performance of network and telecom infrastructures (LAN/MAN/WAN).
• Manage projects related to network and telecom domain.
• Handle alerts, incidents, and problems.
• Follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Participate in continuous improvement and securing environments.

Job mandatory requirements

• Administration of
  LAN/MAN/WAN
  networks.
• VPN management.
• Proxy and Reverse Proxy configuration.
• Firewall configuration and management.
• Network monitoring and supervision tools (e.g., PRTG, Nagios).
• Network security (access control, segmentation, hardening).
• Administration of telephony solutions (Teams, Cisco, PABX).
• Technical documentation and procedure management.
• Incident management and Level 2/3 support.
• Knowledge of advanced network monitoring tools.
• Experience in hardening and securing infrastructures.
• Automation and scripting for network management (PowerShell, Python).
• Familiarity with ITIL and ticketing tools.
• Participation in migration or modernization projects.
• Ability to work in multi-site and international environments.
• French language native/C1/C2 and English language B2/C1
