Financial Controller – 3+ years' international Controlling experience

 Based in Boulogne, Paris – hybrid working with 3 days in the office/2 days wfh

Contract type: Permanent (CDI)

Financial Controller – Projects & Corporate

Are you a finance professional with a passion for project-based work and cross-functional collaboration? We're looking for an experienced Financial Controller to take ownership of financial planning, reporting, and performance tracking across a mix of production, digital, and corporate activities.

About the Role

Oversee financial controlling for projects, divisions, and French subsidiaries within the groupPartner with operational teams on budgeting and cost management for production and digital projectsLead budget tracking, variance analysis, and cost reconciliationContribute to corporate controlling tasks, including overhead analysis and group-level reportingPerform monthly reforecasts and cash flow forecastsSupport management reporting and prepare ad-hoc financial insightsHelp improve accuracy and transparency in financial reporting across business unitsAssist with special projects, reporting packs, and financial documentationCollaborate closely with accounting and other internal teamsWork alongside and support the Manager Controller in key deliverables

What makes a successful candidate?

Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field5+ years' experience in financial controlling, preferably in an international settingSolid understanding of accounting standards (French GAAP and/or IFRS)Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with MS OfficeStrong financial analysis and reporting capabilitiesA team player with excellent communication skillsProactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-drivenComfortable in a multicultural, collaborative settingCurious, eager to learn, and always up for a challengeMost importantly — someone great to work with
