Techno Functional Specialist- Gen AI

We are looking for a skilled and tech‑savvy techno functional Automation Specialist to support our FMCG client in improving operational efficiency, enhancing their digital tools, and driving smarter ways of working. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on optimizing processes, building solutions, and enabling teams through technology.

Support the
Gen AI Agent Setup

• Build and deploy an internal GenAI agent using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Define use cases, automate processes, and integrate with your environment.

Microsoft Tools Optimization

• Review existing Microsoft ecosystem (Loop, Teams, SharePoint, Planner, OneDrive).
• Identify efficiency opportunities and introduce best practices.
• Support rollout, training, and onboarding.

Smartsheet Enhancements

• Improve structures, automation, and reporting.
• Create templates, dashboards, workflows, and governance models.

Support the
Power BI Implementation

• Set up workspaces, datasets, and dataflows. Build data models and interactive dashboards.
• Connect data sources for scalable reporting.

SharePoint Build & Optimization

• Design and structure sites and libraries. Implement governance, metadata, workflows, and user‑friendly layouts.
• Ensure full Microsoft 365 integration.

Key Skills & Experience

• 4+ years experience working with the mentiond
• Strong expertise with
  Microsoft 365 tools
  (Loop, SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, Planner, OneDrive)
• Power BI
  (data modelling, DAX, dashboard development)
• Smartsheet
  (automations, reporting, dashboards),
  SharePoint site building
  (site architecture, user permissions, workflows)
• AI & Automation tool
  (Copilot Studio, Power Automate, chatbot flows)
• Tech-savvy mindset
  with the ability to quickly understand, test, and implement new tools.
• English speaking

Project details:
