Description du poste :

Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous cherchons à agrandir notre équipe commerciale. En tant que
APPLICATION SPECIALIST,
vous serez responsable de la promotion et de la vente de nos systèmes de microscopie optique avancés auprès d'une clientèle de professionnels (chercheurs, ingénieurs, laboratoires, industries). Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le développement de notre portefeuille client et dans le suivi technique des projets.

  • Développement et gestion d'un portefeuille de clients
    dans le secteur de la recherche scientifique et de l'industrie.
  • Identification des besoins
    des clients et
    proposition des solutions adaptées
    à leurs exigences techniques.
  • Réalisation des démonstrations techniques
    des systèmes de microscopie
  • Support client
    avant et après-vente.
  • Rédaction des offres commerciales
    et
    suivi des propositions
    jusqu'à la conclusion des ventes.
  • Participation à des salons et événements professionnels
    pour représenter l'entreprise et identifier de nouvelles opportunités.
  • Assurer une veille technologique
    afin de maîtriser les évolutions du marché et des technologies de microscopie avancés.

Profil recherché :

  • Formation :
    Bac+2 à Bac+7 en optique, physique, biophotonique, biologie ou un domaine scientifique connexe.
  • Expérience :
    Une expérience de 2 ans minimum dans la vente technique ou le support technique (microscopie, instrumentation scientifique ou équipements optiques) est souhaitée.
  • Compétences techniques requises :
    Connaissance approfondie des technologies de microscopie optique (microscopie à fluorescence, confocale, super-résolution, TIRF, FRAP,etc.)
  • Langues :
    Maitrise de l'anglais professionnel C1 ou C2.
  • Qualités personnelles :
  • Excellent relationnel et sens du service client
  • Capacité à analyser clairement les besoins clients
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à communiquer efficacement.
  • Autonomie et capacité d'adaptation dans un environnement dynamique.
