Research Scientist en biochimie

En tant que
Research Scientist
en Biochimie, vous piloterez des projets R&D clients pour l'identification de composés bioactifs grâce à des méthodes avancées de criblage. Vous concevrez, mettrez en œuvre et adapterez des stratégies de criblage pour répondre aux objectifs des clients, tout en encadrant une équipe projet pluridisciplinaire. Vous contribuerez également à l'amélioration continue de nos processus et à la conception de nouveaux services innovants.

Responsabilités

Rattaché·e Au Responsable D'Unité Et En Accord Avec La Politique Scientifique D'Edelris, Vous Serez Chargé·e De

  • Définir des stratégies scientifiques pour contribuer à l'identification de composés bioactifs via des méthodes de screening adaptées aux cibles des clients (protéines, ARN, etc.).
  • Piloter des projets R&D client, assurer leur livraison dans les délais, dans le respect du budget et du cadre contractuel.
  • Assurer une communication fluide et professionnelle avec les clients.
  • Encadrer et accompagner les membres de l'équipe projet ; partager votre expertise et garantir la rigueur scientifique.
  • Promouvoir et appliquer les règles de sécurité et de confidentialité au sein de l'entreprise.
  • Proposer, tester et mettre en œuvre des améliorations de processus.
  • Assurer une veille scientifique et technologique ; entretenir un réseau professionnel actif.
  • Contribuer au développement commercial via des apports techniques et des communications externes (publications, posters, congrès, webinaires).
