Senior Product Owner – WealthTech SaaS – Paris, France - Hybrid

A global Wealth Management platform is seeking a Senior Product Owner with experience in WealthTech, FinTech, or Banking Technology. With a focus on delivering CLM and CRM solutions for Private Banks, Wealth Managers, and Family Offices.

You will gather and own business requirements, ensuring delivery of product enhancements aligned with client needs, while improving platform capabilities integrated with Microsoft Dynamics and API-enabled systems.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy


• Own the product backlog, define user stories, and ensure alignment with Agile delivery best practices.


• Support enhancements to the core WealthTech platform, ensuring functionality meets regulatory and operational expectations.

Technical Leadership


• Oversee requirements for CRM configuration, API integrations, and data governance.


• Work closely with development teams to ensure high-quality, scalable software delivery.

Product Expertise


• Develop a deep understanding of Wealth Dynamix solutions and Microsoft Dynamics to drive optimal implementation.


• Support architecture and integration design discussions to ensure seamless connectivity for client solutions.

Stakeholder Management


• Act as the primary point of contact for Paris-based clients, managing expectations and communication throughout the project lifecycle.


• Lead client-facing delivery sessions including sprint playbacks, UAT, and go-live support to ensure successful adoption.

Requirements


• 5–10 years as a Senior Product Owner / Business Analyst in WealthTech, FinTech, or Banking Technology.


• Strong experience in Agile/SCRUM methodologies and managing Product Backlogs for software delivery.


• Excellent skills in requirements documentation, user story creation, and acceptance criteria definition.


• Hands-on expertise in API integration and technical delivery environments.


• Experience working with SaaS platforms and cloud-based technologies, ideally Microsoft Azure.


• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and ETL tools (e.g., Talend, Azure Data Factory) is a strong advantage.


• Excellent communication skills in French & English to engage with client stakeholders.


• Ability to manage senior-level stakeholders within wealth management organisations.
