is Valeo's Brain Division Headquarters. This Research & Development center employs over 1,180 people working on the development of Advanced Driving Assistance Systems (ADAS), connectivity solutions, human-machine interfaces and vehicle cabin monitoring systems.
The Connect team, which specializes in the development of telematics and access products, is currently looking for an
R&D Software Manager M/F
dedicated to the entire product line.
Your Missions
- Optimize the organization of the R&D Software teams
- Ensure the availability of resources and skills
- Establish and monitor the budget
- Define technical strategies for customers
- Define the standardization strategy and ensure the development and implementation of standards
- Ensure continuous performance improvement
- Liaise with customers and contribute to the smooth running of projects
- Identify potential synergies with other product ranges
- Monitor the competition
- Support technical communications and marketing activities
Your Profile
With a five-year degree (engineering, master's) in software engineering or telecommunications, you have at least 15 years of proven experience working in a multicultural industrial environment (automotive or similar).
Well-versed in complex organizations, you act as a true coach to your teams, promoting a collaborative way of working.
Your technical knowledge of the Linux operating system allows you to establish your legitimacy and provide optimal support for change management. Proficiency in Autosar software is an additional asset.
You are known for your team spirit, assertiveness, and agility.
You are fluent in English. Knowledge of German is a plus.
