Role Overview

This role focuses on providing expertise in Linux production engineering. The specialist will contribute to the evolution and optimization of operational processes, incident management, and automation within the IT infrastructure, supporting the quality and continuity of production services in an Agile and English-speaking environment.

  • 3 days/week – Work from the office (client site)

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the evolution of operational processes.

  • Manage Level 2 and 3 incidents.

  • Implement production standards.

  • Develop and implement automation procedures for production.

  • Optimize automation processes.

  • Support application installations.

  • Manage production planning and service quality.

  • Resolve operational incidents.

  • Manage disk space and magnetic media.

  • Oversee backup operations to ensure data integrity and continuity.

  • Use scheduling tools (e.g., IWS).

  • Use backup software (e.g., Tina, Networker)

Mandatory Skills:

  • Expertise in Linux systems administration (Red Hat).

  • Experience with automation of production processes.

  • Incident management (Level 2 and 3).

  • Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., IWS).

  • Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies.

Appreciated Skills:

  • Experience with JIRA.

  • Knowledge of backup software (e.g., Networker).

  • Support for application deployment.

  • Disk and backup management.

  • Strong documentation and process optimization skills.

Aperçu:

Ce poste vise à fournir une expertise en ingénierie de production Linux. Le spécialiste contribuera à l'évolution et à l'optimisation des processus opérationnels, de la gestion des incidents et de l'automatisation au sein de l'infrastructure informatique, soutenant la qualité et la continuité des services de production dans un environnement Agile et anglophone.

Responsabilités:

  • Contribuer à l'évolution des processus opérationnels.

  • Gérer les incidents de niveau 2 et 3.

  • Mettre en place des normes de production.

  • Développer et mettre en œuvre des procédures d'automatisation pour la production.

  • Optimisez les processus d'automatisation.

  • Soutenir l'installation d'applications.

  • Gérer la planification de la production et la qualité des services.

  • Résoudre les incidents opérationnels.

  • Gérer l'espace disque et les supports magnétiques.

  • Superviser les opérations de sauvegarde afin d'assurer l'intégrité et la continuité des données.

  • Utilisez des outils de planification (par exemple, IWS).

  • Utilisez un logiciel de sauvegarde (par exemple, Tina, Networker).

Compétences obligatoires :
