Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
Develops and implements internal operational strategies, goals, and objectives
Identifies and proposes opportunities for internal operational improvements
Determines inefficiencies in existing operational processes and designs and implements solutions to enhance productivity and streamline internal operations
Analyzes key performance indicators and operational metrics to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of internal business operations
Organizes project activities, sets timelines, allocates resources, and ensures timely completion
Coordinates cross-functional projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, implementing new initiatives, or addressing specific business challenges
Ensures compliance and safety with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures to mitigate risks and maintain operational integrity
Advises with departmental managers or teams within the organization, facilitating effective communication, and promoting strategic alignment and collaboration
Assists with the professional development of staff members by creating training materials, conducting workshops, and providing guidance on operational processes and best practices
Assesses team's performance and provides regular, timely feedback
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.
Prior Relevant Work Experience
5-7 yearsAdept at problem solving and decision making skills
Adept at collaboration and teamwork
Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills

Full timePay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$60, $132,600.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
