to join our team for an end-of-studies internship.
In this hybrid role, you will operate at the intersection of

Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Innovation & AI development
At Indefi, we are building an AI-powered ecosystem to support our day-to-day consulting operations, aiming to centralize all internal knowledge into a single platform featuring an intelligent chatbot. As an intern, you will:
- Identify needs: Collaborate with the team to identify pain points and opportunities where AI can streamline workflows.
- Build & Implement: Design, code, and deploy new features for the platform (focusing on NLP/LLM applications).
- Test & Scale: Run practical tests on new ideas, ensuring the chatbot and platform provide accurate, actionable value to consultants.
- Strategy Consulting Support (Client Focus)
You will work alongside experienced consultants on real corporate strategy projects, providing the numerical and analytical backbone for our recommendations. Your tasks will include:
- Data analysis: Scrape, clean, and model complex datasets to support strategic hypotheses.
- Field research: Conduct field research and interviews with market experts to gather qualitative insights.
- Strategic recommendations: Shape hypotheses and visualize findings to present clear, data-driven recommendations to leadership teams.
Required qualifications:
- Student in a top-tier business or engineering school/university;
- At least one relevant experience in Consulting, Data Science or AI;
- Proven proficiency in Python is required. You must be comfortable developing scripts and working with data libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.);
- Full fluency in English; proficiency in French or German is a strong advantage. A good working knowledge of other European languages would be a plus.
Soft Skills:
You have a "consultant mindset": analytical, rigorous, and able to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
You are proactive, autonomous, and eager to build tools that have a tangible impact on business performance.
