What You'll Do

* Own the office experience: Manage and maintain our modern Rueil-Malmaison facilities, ensuring everything runs smoothly—from building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) to furniture and equipment. Work closely with the global team to align strategies and share best practices.

* Leadership: Directly manage local resources (Office Services Assistant/Receptionist) while driving performance and engagement. Lead with curiosity, creativity, and humility in a dynamic environment.

* Be the connector: Build strong relationships with landlords, vendors, and contractors. Negotiate terms, oversee service levels, and ensure projects are delivered on time.

* Drive improvements: Be fully involved in space planning projects and any office layout changes.

* Support our people: Monitor service requests, resolve issues quickly, and make sure employees feel heard and cared for.

* Collaborate across teams: Partner with HR and other departments to enhance employee well-being and engagement.

* Lead initiatives: Take ownership of special projects that make our workplace better every day.

* Expand your impact: Participate in regional and/or global Corporate Real Estate (CRE) tasks or projects where applicable or where your skillset adds value.

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience in office management or facilities operations

* Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and safety regulations

* Excellent organizational and communication skills

* Fluent in French and English

* Tech-savvy with Microsoft tools; AutoCAD experience is a bonus

* A proactive, problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure

* Experience in a multinational environment preferred

* Ability to lift and carry items up to 30 lbs and assist during emergency situations.

* Working onsite in the office 5 days a week
