Report to group purchasing controlling. This position is responsible for the group purchasing datas. controls the accurate and timely input, processing, and availability of purchasing KPI as well as other information systems in order to provide clear identification and different purchasign indicators.

Responsabilités

1.Support the Corporate purchasing Controller in the consolidation, update, and analysis of procurement KPIs and reports.

2.Manage and process large volumes of procurement data using Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas).

3.Operate IVALUA (Procurement Management System) to extract, validate, and analyses data; identify anomalies and analyses.

4.Contribute to ongoing digital transformation projects in the procurement department, including automation and reporting improvements.

5.Prepare presentation materials (PPT) for internal use.

6.Assist other tasks requested by the purchasing network.

Qualifications

  • BAC+4 / 5 Business school diploma with a specialisation in finance / purchasing
  • Good level of English (speaking and writing)
  • Good microsoft skill (excel, word, PPT) and power BI
  • Good communication and teamwork
