Dans le cadre de la réorganisation Sales 2026, le/la HR Business Partner Wholesale & Retail Europe accompagne la structuration, la montée en gamme et la performance durable des équipes Retail et Wholesale en Europe.

Véritable partenaire de la Directrice Sales Europe et des Country Managers, il/elle intervient sur les enjeux d'organisation, de transformation et de performance, en mettant en place les conditions RH et managériales nécessaires à une exécution terrain exigeante, dans un environnement multi-pays.

Basé(e) au siège, le poste implique des déplacements réguliers et ciblés en Europe afin de maintenir une compréhension fine des enjeux locaux, de soutenir les managers de proximité et d'intervenir ponctuellement sur le terrain lorsque nécessaire.

A. Business Partnering Sales Europe


• Être le/la partenaire RH des Country Managers et Sales Managers sur les sujets d'organisation, de management et de développement des équipes

• Conseiller les managers sur les leviers RH contribuant à l'efficacité collective : clarification des rôles, dimensionnement des équipes, recrutements, intégration, montée en compétences, mobilité

• Accompagner la gestion des situations humaines du quotidien : engagement, dynamique d'équipe, tensions, sujets sensibles, disciplinaire

• Apporter un éclairage RH lors des évolutions d'organisation (évolutions de périmètre, changements de structure, créations de rôles, transitions managériales)

• Maintenir un lien terrain régulier afin d'adapter les dispositifs RH aux réalités opérationnelles locales

B. Recrutement stratégique & chasse de talents


• Déployer une stratégie de recrutement exigeante pour les postes clés : Store Managers Retail, profils Sales terrain et management Sales

• Internaliser la chasse de talents pour la France et coordonner l'externalisation dans certains pays européens lorsque nécessaire

• Structurer et accompagner les recrutements plus récurrents (job boards, viviers), notamment pour les Sales Assistants

• Garantir la qualité des évaluations et l'expérience candidat sur l'ensemble du périmètre

C. Performance, talents, formation & cadre RH


• Piloter les cycles de performance et les People Reviews sur le périmètre Wholesale & Retail Europe

• Identifier les talents, accompagner leur développement et contribuer à la fidélisation (plans d'action, mobilités)

• Structurer et piloter les dispositifs de formation en lien avec le formateur interne métier (parcours d'intégration, montée en compétences, management)

• Garantir un cadre RH sécurisé et conforme dans chaque pays (santé & sécurité – DUERP ou équivalent, disciplinaire, situations sensibles)

D. Rémunération, variable & benefits (en lien avec la CPO)


• Contribuer à la structuration et à l'évolution des politiques de rémunération (fixe, variable, benefits)

• Travailler avec la DRH sur les arbitrages entre harmonisation européenne et spécificités locales

• Assurer la cohérence entre exigences de performance, niveaux de séniorité et packages proposés

• Accompagner les managers dans la compréhension et l'appropriation des dispositifs

E. Projets RH transverses


• Contribuer aux projets RH Groupe et Europe (onboarding, culture managériale, engagement, GPTW, RSE)

• Favoriser les synergies Retail & Wholesale au sein de chaque pays (collaboration, rituels, cohérence managériale)

F. RSE

Intégrer la performance sociale et environnementale comme un critère à part entière dans chaque décision RH, au même titre que les critères traditionnels relevant des missions d'un/e HR Business Partner.
