La mission

Nous recherchons un(e) Software Engineer Full-Stack confirmé(e) (Back + Front), exigeant(e) et ambitieux(se), pour contribuer au développement d'une plateforme SaaS de nouvelle génération au cœur des enjeux RH & Finance.

En rejoignant Reflect, tu travailleras au sein d'une équipe resserrée, en collaboration directe avec notre CTO, Baptiste Jan, et le reste de l'équipe tech.
Tu auras un rôle clé dans l'évolution du produit : architecture, scalabilité, fiabilité, performance… mais aussi dans l'intégration d'une couche IA avancée au service de nos utilisateurs.

Concrètement, tu :

  • Contribueras à la conception et au développement de fonctionnalités end-to-end, du back au front.

  • Déploieras en production très régulièrement : chaque contribution compte, et va vite entre les mains des utilisateurs.

  • Participeras aux choix techniques structurants, à l'amélioration continue du socle, et aux décisions d'architecture.

  • Travailleras sur notre nouvelle génération de fonctionnalités IA (génération de rapports, insights automatiques, agents métier, analyse d'anomalies…).

  • Amèneras ton regard critique sur les performances, la qualité du code et l'expérience utilisateur.
