Who You Are:

You have a strong understanding of mobile communication technologies, satellite systems, and their integration. In this role, you will architect end-to-end solutions for satellite communication while staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies. You have experience in the media domain within a B2B environment and in working closely with offshore delivery teams.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the design of end-to-end solutions for satellite communication services, integrating OSS/BSS systems with mobile communication technologies.
• Architect solutions that enable seamless integration of satellite communication with mobile networks, ensuring compatibility with LTE, 5G, and other wireless technologies.
• Design and implement operational and business support systems (OSS/BSS) to support network management, service provisioning, service assurance, and billing for satellite services.
• Architect solutions that leverage cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and edge computing to enhance satellite service capabilities, ensuring low-latency, high-availability, and scalability.
• Ensure the secure design of communication systems, focusing on data encryption, secure transmission protocols, and compliance with industry security standards like GDPR, and telecom regulations.
• Staying on top of the latest trends and technologies and keep eye out for any software, services, hardware that might improve business processes: full awareness of the eTOM and TMF landscape Complex thinking and strategizing to ascertain which legacy systems can be updated, what software or hardware can be replaced, and which services or products will support business operations better. 

What it Takes:

• years of experience in solution architecture with a focus on satellite or mobile communication systems.
• Proven experience with OSS/BSS systems (e.g., service provisioning, service assurance, network management).
• Strong expertise in CRM systems and tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in billing systems, with knowledge of real-time charging, postpaid/prepaid models, and revenue management.
• Experience in designing order management systems and integrating them with provisioning systems.
• Cloud computing, system architecture, strategy development, enterprise solutions 
• Proven leadership in enterprise architecture, with a strong ability to align technical strategies with business goals.
