JOB DESCRIPTION
Under the supervision of the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for:
Assisting our guests throughout their stay: taking reservations, check-in, on-site follow-up, check-out, billing, and handling any complaints.
Managing the hotel's telephone switchboard and email inbox.
Anticipating and checking arrivals while personalizing the guest experience.
Coordinating your actions with other operational departments to ensure the quality of the stay.
Collaborating with the Reservations and Sales departments to support the hotel's strategy (optimizing occupancy rate, upselling).
Supervising public areas.
Contributing to the hotel's objectives: guest satisfaction, quality, and loyalty program performance.
REQUIRED PROFILE
Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
Exemplary professional attitude: punctuality and excellent presentation
Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and versatility
Autonomy, initiative, and proactivity
Motivation and appetite for challenges
Proficiency in French and English
Knowledge of the Opera hotel software is a plus
Experience within the Marriott group would be a real asset

Experience:
One year of experience in Front Office or customer service preferred.
