Your role
We are looking for a Demand & Distribution wearable and sun Stream Leader (on lenses) who will oversee this new category on those 2 functions. Role is global, based in Creteil.
Main Responsibilities
- Gather & Consolidate wearable and Sun demand, Stock, Plano and Rx, by region
- Build strong connections with Wearable, Frame & Complete pairs demand & distribution team.
- Align top down demand ambitions with each regions and each market, again for Plano and Rx.
- Ensure demand planning is properly set in demand or replenishment planning systems, updated (right codification, right volume, sales/source)
- Track & report Actual Rx volume per region & job type
- Forecast Rx Wearables volume with regional / job type granularity
- Control that inventories are well set, well sized vs demand, for Rx & Stock/plano needs
- Drive status review (sales, stock, supply mass and rx) with all stakeholders
- For both demand and distribution, Set, update and review KPIs on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
Candidate Profiel
- At least 5 years within Supply Chain & Projects fields
- Lens Supply chain knowledge is a major plus
- Knowledge of demand &/or distribution planning tools
- 5years knowledge minimum in industrial environment
- Strong expertise in Data analytics (well advanced in Excel minimum)
- Ability to communicate and restitute vertical & horizontal
- Ability to work in project mode, pulling resources from other departments
- Align with other departments (production, finance mainly)
