Internship – Junior PMO – F/M

About the mission we offer you:

1- Project 1: Creation of a Project Monitoring Dashboard

• Identify requirements: collect requirements from the PMO Lead and project managers.
• Collect and clean data from existing reports and project tools.
• Design and build the dashboard in Excel or Power BI.
• Test and validate the dashboard with users (UAT).
• Document: data dictionary, user guide, calculation rules.

2- Project 2: Standardization of PMO processes

• Map existing processes and identify gaps.
• Compare with internal best practices and industry standards (PMBOK/Prince2).
• Create standard templates:
  • Progress report
  • RACI matrix
  • Risk and action register
  • Decision log
• Define associated workflows (responsibilities, frequencies, validations).
• Compile a PMO Manual containing procedures, checklists, and templates.

Starting Date: April 2025

Duration : 6 months

About you:

• In the final year of a Communication/Management degree (Bac+5)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good level of English
• Organized, independent, rigorous, and proactive
• Team player, with a focus on performance and solutions
• Knowledge of PowerBI is a real plus.

During this internship, you will be supported by a mentor who will answer any questions you may have. This internship will be an opportunity for you to develop your skills and knowledge.
